Two Primary Activities

Buy-and-Hold Properties

Arizona 88 invests in Western Wealth Capital Limited Partnerships that acquire and hold multifamily buildings in Phoenix. Western Wealth Capital has been successfully investing in Phoenix multifamily properties since 2013, consistently delivering annual cash flow to investors. With asset value exceeding $350,000,000 and over 5,000 units under management, Western Wealth Capital is the 2nd largest multifamily owner in B & C class apartment buildings in Phoenix, Arizona.

Western Wealth has targeted Phoenix as one of the top real estate investment markets. Their model is simple, they acquire buildings where they can rapidly increase the value by improving properties with their proven value-added strategies.

Arizona 88 invests as a limited partner in multiple properties achieving the same returns as all other limited partners. At maturity the bond will distribute returns to the investors based on accrued interest and pro-rata profit share earned.

Short-Term Mortgage Lending

The fund may also engage in providing short-term, secured mortgages for the properties being acquired, or for other properties deemed suitable. These mortgages will only be provided as first or second mortgages and according to specific lending guidelines.
